Domestic Shipping
For shipments within the United States, the shipping and handling charges will appear on your invoice during the check-out process. Most products will be shipped within 48 hrs (2 two business days) after receipt of payment. Weekends are not considered shipping days and Saturday deliveries will be subject to increased shipping rates. All shipments F.O.B., Victor, New York. Title of product and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery by Seller to carrier.
International Shipping
At this time our website is not set up for international orders however, if you would like to place an order please contact zcorr-sales@zcorrproducts.com and an order can be arranged. We ship all international orders via USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (will show shipping and handling costs only on the invoice….taxes, duties and customs fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility – we can not calculate these additional charges). Domestic Return Policy
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied please contact us for a return authorization number. Notice of claims for non-conforming products, shortages, or non-delivery shall be given in writing within 30 days from delivery date. Failure on the part of the purchaser to give written notice within the 30 day period to the Seller constitutes unquestionable acceptance of products and the Buyer waives all claims in respect to said products. Items that show total abuse or modification will not be replaced or refunded. Refunds will consist of the purchase price only, except in the case of incorrect or faulty product, and will be issued once merchandise has been returned to the original Seller and deemed to be in like new condition. Buyers retuning product are responsible for all transportation costs.
If a product is returned and shows signs of abuse or modification you will be contacted by ZCORR Products explaining why a refund / replacement will not be issued.
